Debra L. Eiland, P.C. is a woman-owned and operated firm in Colorado Springs. We specialize in business entity formation, corporate governance, asset purchase and stock sale agreements, and negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure smooth business transactions that meet our clients’ goals. When disputes arise, we provide strong, effective representation in mediation, arbitration, or litigation to resolve the matter in our client's best interest. Our firm has particular expertise in the areas of real estate, property disputes, wills, estate administration, probate, and representing our clients in all manner of business and real estate transactions.
